Different.
By design.

A different perspective changes what’s possible.
I design and build websites that make a business feel unmistakably itself.

03 / The person behind itIndependent by design.

Big imagination.
One actual person.

I’m Dan McConaughy.
The person you talk to is the person who builds it.

I work where visual ambition meets practical engineering. I care about how a website makes someone feel, how easily they can use it, and what happens after they click.

From Toledo, Ohio, I work with businesses locally and across the United States. Through Glass City Intelligence, I bring the design, development, and details into one conversation.

What happens next

We clarify your goal by email, identify a useful scope, and discuss a quote before work begins.

Can you redesign an existing website?

Yes. We’ll look at what is worth keeping, what needs to change, and any content, URLs, or integrations that need a migration plan. The scope follows the actual work.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No technical brief is required. Start with the business goal, the audience, and a few examples of what you like. We can shape the direction together.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

If staff editing is important, we’ll scope a content-managed website around the parts you need to update. GCI’s focused and standard business packages use developer-managed updates.
